I am a results-oriented, creative, and mindful leader skilled in designing strategy and systems for organizations, collaborations, and networks.
With over 20 years of directing nonprofit and philanthropic efforts, I employ deep listening, continual learning and reflection, and bold facilitation to the development of teams, initiatives, institutional sustainability, and organizational culture and practices.
I bring experience in cross-cultural collaboration, bi-lingual abilities, and a lens of equity and justice to my work with organizational leaders.
I am incredibly proud to be the Co-Founder of multiple organizations, including the Climate Justice Collaborative of Boulder County; Filantropis ONG in Guatemala; and Philanthropiece A.C. in Mexico. The experience of coalescing around community priorities and local leadership brings is, for me, the perfect balance of challenge and inspiration.
My first career as a middle and high school teacher taught me to have an incredibly well organized plan for every day, and provided me with the insight to know when to throw it out the window and attend to what is needed in the moment. I hold an MA in Contemplative Education from Naropa University, and a BA in Communications and Spanish from the College of Wooster.
I am constantly seeking to build healthy family systems (I am a mama of two boys, a sister, daughter, partner, and proud aunt), have at least three books on my online book shelf at all times, and consider cooking as a daily meditation. Ask me about my love of names, who my current bestie Peloton instructor is, my favorite people in Mexico and Guatemala, how to get civically engaged in a small town (like Louisville, CO!), and what it’s like to be an identical twin.
I look forward to learning and growing alongside you!
I was Director of Development for an Educational Nonprofit; responsible for implementing strategic annual giving plans including various marketing and fundraising publications in print, email, and social media as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors. I also provided policy and strategic advice to the Executive Director, Development Committee, Board of Directors and program teams.
I hold a MS in Biomedical Science, and a BS in Biology. Wholistic Wellness is also a passion of mine; I have certifications in Nutritional Balancing, Holistic Massage Therapy and Etheric Healing. I’m also Mom to the cutest Cavapoo named Mimi. She’s my happy pill!
It is my honor to be working alongside Katie in her incredible mission to help organizations create meaningful impact in the world!

I have lived on Grouse Court in Louisville, CO since 2004. It is at once the home where my husband, Bryan, and I have raised our children and the community where we have practiced mutuality, empathy, and what it means to show up as a neighbor.
I also sought to honor my parents, Jim and Susan Doyle, whose unwavering dedication to community service shaped my upbringing in Lancaster County. Given that the Ruffed Grouse is the state bird of Pennsylvania, where I come from, I found it fitting to pay tribute to my parents' influence by incorporating it into the name of my company.
Like the bird, Grouse Court Strategies embodies resilience and adaptability; we have the ability to be grounded, meeting you where you are and thriving in varied conditions with a blend of strategic foresight and agile responses.
So there you have it!
Grouse Court Strategies: it’s about home, community, family, and presence…
and now, let’s make it about YOU!
